Image surfaces
The right screen solution is important for your message.
The image surfaces you use in your AV solution are incredibly important. They must convey your message to your participants in clear images and in the right format. Choosing the right image surface is therefore essential. Below you can see which type of screen solutions you can rent from us.
Projector
Projectors are often used for presentations and deliver large clear images.
Projectors have for many years been used to convey images and videos in everything from meeting rooms to large conference halls. We rent out projectors for both small and large jobs. We also offer more advanced projector setups, where several projectors mounted side by side, e.g. can form a bigger picture together. Most often, however, they are used individually to form an image above, or on each side of, e.g. a scene. Read more about renting a projector from us by clicking the button below.

Here, an LED wall is used to create a nice large picture surface
LED wall
LED walls deliver very bright images in high resolution.
An LED wall is ideal to rent if you need the absolute best image, even in rooms where there is a lot of light. LED walls can be used in the same way as projectors when setting up a stage or for e.g. exhibition stands and the like. The LED wall can offer a large image surface that can be used and divided in many different ways. Use it, for example, as a backdrop with logos, videos and presentations, etc. Only the imagination sets limits. We rent out LED walls of up to 60 m2. Read more about renting LED walls from us by clicking the button below.
Flat screens
Flat screens can be used on a stand, vertically mounted on a lectern or wall-mounted.
We rent flat screens in several different sizes. They are ideal to use for e.g. smaller presentations, such as information screens at room entrances, at entrances or on either side of a smaller stage, where the audience is not far from the speaker. You can also rent screens for use as comfort monitors, which are set up in front of speakers so that they can follow how far they are in their own presentation. In doing so, they should not turn around with e.g. a projector image to accompany. Read more below.

Streaming production underway
Live streaming
Teletech also offers streaming of meetings, conferences & events.
With a streaming solution from us, you can reach even more participants than those who are physically present at your presentation. You can also offer participants who do not have the opportunity to participate physically that they can follow along via streaming on e.g. their laptop.
Alternatively, we can create a pure streaming solution that simply broadcasts live coverage from a room without participants. It all depends on your need. Read more about our streaming solutions below.
Sound equipment
Just as the image is important, the sound must also be perfect.
Just as your participants must be able to see your message on the right image surfaces, they must of course also be able to hear your message clearly and distinctly. We rent speaker systems with everything from smaller speakers on stands to larger line-array systems that can create sound for e.g. large conference rooms. Below you can see which types of audiovisual equipment you can rent from Teletech.
Speakers
With us, you can rent everything from smaller loudspeakers to large line-array systems that can cover a conference hall.
We rent speakers that can cover almost every need. So whether you just need two smaller speakers on a stand, PA sound for a smaller band including stage monitors (so performers can hear themselves better), subwoofers etc. or need sound for a conference hall, we can help you. Our solutions also include mixers and controls, so you are sure to get the best sound for your event.
We rent many types of loudspeakers
Meeting participants listen in via headphones
Silent conference / meeting
Wha. the system allows several speakers to present in the same room, as the meeting participants listen in using headphones.
A silent conference system does not use a traditional speaker system to transmit the sound. Instead, each meeting participant is given a headset, on which several sound channels can be selected. Wha. of the headphones, they then select the channel that the speaker they want to listen to uses. In this way, several stages with speakers can be placed closer in the room, as they do not need to be acoustically shielded from each other.
Telecoil system
With us, you can rent two teleloop systems for meeting participants with impaired hearing.
We offer traditional telescoping systems, as well as neck telescoping systems from BOSCH. When using the traditional system, a long induction cable is laid along the walls that encircle the walls of the meeting room. The system amplifies the sound and sends it on via the cable to the users' hearing aids. In addition, we also offer a neck sling system where the long cable is not necessary. Instead, the hearing-impaired participant wears a smaller neck sling that amplifies the sound directly to the hearing aid.
Have the meeting or event sound amplified for the hearing aid
We rent many types of microphones
Microphones
To ensure that your audience can hear you, or even speak, we rent out many types of microphones.
Just as speaker systems are important for conveying the sound, microphones are also an indispensable part of most AV solutions. Speakers must be able to convey their message easily in the type of microphone they are most comfortable with. With us, you can rent wireless hand-held microphones, headset microphones and a wide variety of table and lectern microphones, which are most often used at meetings and conferences. Read more about microphones below.
Light equipment
Light creates atmosphere and is an important component
The right security is important at both meetings, conferences and events. In terms of color, light can help to underpin, e.g. colors that match a company's brand colors, just as it can create atmosphere at events and parties. With us you can rent a wide range of lighting equipment. Below you can get a quick overview of which lighting we rent out.
Spotlights & lamps
Rent everything from classic spots to more advanced lamps such as moving heads and light control of these.
Rent the right light for your upcoming event. With us you can e.g. hire wireless uplights that can be placed along walls etc. with light in exactly the color you want. In addition, you can rent moving heads that can cast light in all directions and can be pre-programmed according to your needs. Discs with e.g. logos in these lamps (gobos). In addition, you can rent more common lights such as trackpods, follow spots, fresnel lamps, pairs of lamps etc. for mounting in e.g. panties. Call and hear more.

Read more about the options below.
Smaller scenes
We can also help you if you need a smaller stage in connection with your event.
We rent out and set up stage podiums. These are put together depending on how big a stage you need. The stage can be built at different heights. Most often, the stage is covered with black molton (fabric) on both the top and sides. Other colors can also be used if this is desired. Read more below.
Here you can see a low stage with lights and an LED wall as a backdrop
We rent many types of AV accessories
AV accessories
With us, you can get several types of AV accessories for your event.
Often different AV accessories may be needed at your event. The accessory can e.g. be lecterns, speech timers, PPT clickers, laser pointers, flipcharts with markers, etc.
Interpretation systems
Teletech is a professional supplier of interpretation systems.
Interpretation may be needed at meetings, conferences and events where several nationalities meet. We generally offer three types of interpretation systems – BOSCH simultaneous interpretation systems, tourguide / whispering interpretation systems, and remote interpretation (RSI). Below you can read more about the differences between the systems and what they can be used for.
BOSH interpretation system
We both rent out and sell BOSCH interpretation systems known from meetings around the world.
For many years, BOSCH has manufactured professional interpretation equipment that is used daily at meetings and conferences around the world. We rent out BOSCH simultaneous interpretation systems with up to 31 languages, as well as sound from speakers (floor). The system can thereby cover everything from small meetings to very large conferences. The system also includes receivers and headphones so that meeting participants can listen to their preferred language from the interpreters. We also rent interpreter boothes for anything from two (most often used) to four interpreters. Read more below.

We rent out Sennheiser and Televic tourguide equipment
Tourguide systems
A tourguide system is suitable if a small group needs interpretation.
With us you can rent tourguide systems (also called whisper interpretation systems) from Sennheiser and Televic. The two systems are both wireless and easy to operate for both interpreters and participants. The interpreter in a wireless microphone (handheld or headset) and the meeting participants listen in using stethoscope earphones or via receiver with traditional earphones. Read more below.
Remote Interpretation (RSI)
Remote interpretation allows interpreters to interpret for your event without being in the room.
Remote simultaneous interpretation can be used for any event that requires interpretation and where you do not want or cannot use interpreter boothes. The interpreters can interpret from anywhere in the world (as long as they have internet). The system can also be used in conjunction with our BOSCH receivers or participants can listen in via an app. Read more about the system's options below.

Hybrid meetings
In a hybrid meeting, a physical venue is combined with online meeting participation.
Teletech has many years of experience with AV solutions for hybrid meetings. A hybrid meeting is a meeting where some meeting participants participate physically at a venue, while other participants can watch presentations using streaming. Our solutions also offer that speakers can participate as remote speakers so that they can give lectures via their computer or streaming from e.g. a study. There is also the option for online meeting participants to interact with the meeting and make comments, vote etc., exactly as if they were there at the venue. Read more about the options below.

Interpretation systems
BOSCH
We supply professional interpreting systems with up to 31 languages + sound from speakers (floor). Simultaneous interpretation is the most used form of interpretation at meetings and conferences. Meeting participants use wireless receivers and headphones to follow the speaker's speech. The interpretation boxes are most often placed at the back of the room (in case of lack of space in adjacent rooms equipped with video feed).
Remote interpretation system
Please note that we can also provide a solution for remote interpretation. Remote interpreting means that the interpreters do not need to be physically present at your conference, but can interpret for it via the Internet. This also means that there is no need for interpreter boxes at the venue itself. The system also includes options for remote participants and presenters, as well as various digital meeting tools.
AI interpretation
Vha. remote interpretation system, we also offer interpretation using AI in the form of text-to-speech in many languages.
Tour guide system
A tour guide system (also called a whisper interpreting system) is ideal to hire if a small group needs interpretation. The equipment is used e.g. on tours or at smaller meetings where interpreter boxes are not necessary. The interpreter interprets via a wireless microphone and the participants each have a headphone (stethoset) with a built-in channel selector. We rent Sennheiser systems in high quality.
Remote interpretation
Remote interpretation (RSI) means that the interpreters who would otherwise traditionally be present at the venue can now instead interpret for the meeting participants over the Internet via our special software. The interpreters can therefore be located all over the world. This means less travel time for the interpreters and that there is no need for interpreter boothes at the venue.
AI interpretation
Vha. remote interpretation system, we also offer interpretation using AI in the form of text-to-speech in many languages.
In interaction with traditional interpretation system, via app and PC
The system can work in interaction with our professional BOSCH interpretation system, so meeting participants use the traditional receivers and headphones. However, mobile phones and the participants' own headphones can also be used as receivers via a dedicated app that must be downloaded.
Tourguide system
With us, you can rent a Sennheiser whisper interpretation system (tourguide system), which is a mobile system that is used when a small group needs interpretation.
The equipment is used e.g. for guided tours or for interpretation, where interpreter booths are not necessary. Here the interpreter has a microphone and the participants each a headphone (stethoset) with a built-in channel selector.
No interpreter booth is used for whispered interpretation. A tourguide system can therefore be a good alternative to simultaneous interpretation for smaller meetings. We rent Sennheiser tourguide systems in high quality.
Hybrid & Streaming
Live streaming
We offer professional streaming solutions between one or more venues, as well as streaming for online participants and online presenters. Our solution includes one or more cameras (both manual and remote controlled). It is also possible to create title signs, smooth transitions between images, logo placement, etc., depending on how advanced an image production you want. We also offer a split screen effect, where the presenter and e.g. PowerPoint presentation is displayed side by side.
Hybrid meetings
In hybrid meetings, some participate physically while others participate online. We offer both streaming and installation and operation of AV equipment at the physical venue. Our solutions for hybrid meetings can be tailored to suit your exact needs. Typically, we create an AV solution that includes both a streaming production, as well as AV setup and operation of AV equipment (and interpreting equipment if necessary) at the physical venue.
Screens & LED walls
We rent out flat screens , projectors and LED walls and can help you get your content presented in the right way. We supply everything from the small solution with rental of a single flat screen (on a stand or wall mounted) or projector, to larger solutions for live presentations with e.g. multiple cameras and powerful AV projectors and LED walls.

SMS or Browser-based voting
We also offer polling via SMS, which can be shown live on e.g. big screen. If you need browser-based voting for participants who are not physically present, we also offer a system for this.
Voting via BOSCH conference microphones
Several of our microphones from BOSH also offer parliamentary voting via the microphone unit itself.
Voting in connection with the use of remote interpretation
If remote interpretation is used at your event, the system also includes the possibility of online voting.
AV accessories
In addition to the right AV equipment, a good presentation also includes the necessary AV accessories for presenters. This will typically be the well-known remote controls / laser pointers for presentations, lecterns (with or without screen), speaking time management and comfort monitors. In addition, we rent out e.g. also stage podiums, stage furniture, poster boards, flipcharts with markers, etc.
