Therefore, in most cases, your contact details are stored in our booking system easyjob, in order to be able to follow up on your enquiry.

Mailing lists (From 2022, the mailing list is not active on the website, so the following only applies if you have previously signed up to our mailing lists):
Teletech uses Mailchimp (www.mailchimp.com), which is a recognized system, for managing mailing lists and sending out newsletters , offers and other information. When you agree to be signed up to Teletech KonferenceKommunikation's mailing lists, you provide personal information in the form of name, company, industry, e-mail. You will also be asked to answer whether you are considering renting or buying AV or interpreting equipment and whether you would like to be contacted regarding rental or purchase of equipment. Subscribers to our mailing list can change their preferences at any time or unsubscribe using links at the bottom of the emails sent to them.

Teletech KonferenceKommunikation's websites use data via cookies in connection with our use of Mailchimp and other plugins for the website.

Protonic easyjob:
If you use our contact forms on the websites to send us an enquiry, our employees will use our booking system easyjob for e.g. to prepare offers for you. In this connection, the personal data you have submitted via the contact form will be stored in the easyjob booking system, in order to be able to serve you in connection with your specific inquiry and as a customer in the future. The Protonic easyjob system will also be used to store the information you pass on to us if you contact us by phone or by email. e-mail addresses you to us, in order to have an offer drawn up or have corrections to an existing order. The system also uses your data when we prepare and issue an invoice after the service has ended.

Call me up function:
In the bottom right corner of the website there is a call me up function. If you choose to use this, your name and telephone number will be forwarded to us in an email with information that you would like to be called, after which we will contact you by telephone.
