Rent video- and telephone conferencing equipment for your event
Videoconferencing systems can bring multiple destinations together and give you a larger audience for your event.
The equipment can be used in connection with product launches, speakers located at other destinations etc.
Depending on the size of the meeting we can supply additional flat screens or projectors for your videoconference. If the event participants need to interact with the other part of the videoconference we can provide microphones.
Telephone conference – Please note we also rent out telephone conferencing equipment.

Video conference equipment
HD Camera
The camera can for example be placed on top of flat screen. It can also be controlled with the remote control.
Codec unit
The system is set up via codec unit. The system comes with technical assistance.
Table microphone
The microphone captures the sound from the small meeting in high quality.
Remote control
Used both to control the camera remotely and control the system (the system can also be controlled from an iPad).
Phone conference
Konftel 55W
User friendly conference phone with good sound. Easy connection to PC, tablet, smartphone etc.
